Yes. Personalities can pause or permanently revoke at any time. New generation jobs stop immediately. Existing downloaded images remain valid for 30 days, then must be removed. Training data deleted within 72 hours.
Our pipeline uses SDXL with per-model LoRA fine-tuning, ControlNet for pose accuracy, and Real-ESRGAN 4x upscaling. Output is 2048px at 300 DPI — photorealistic results that are indistinguishable from studio photos for most e-commerce use cases.
Fashion apparel works best — tops, bottoms, dresses, ethnic wear, western wear, activewear, and most accessories. Products with complex 3D structure (shoes, heavy jewelry) have slightly lower accuracy but still produce usable results.
Yes. Our operations are structured under India's IT Act and the draft Digital Personal Data Protection Act. All personality agreements are explicit, informed, and signed. Personalities 18+ only. We advise brands on usage within licensed categories.
Royalties accumulate in real-time in your personality dashboard. Every Sunday, all earnings above ₹500 are automatically transferred to your registered Indian bank account via NEFT/IMPS. You receive an invoice for every payout.
Any individual 18+ — including fashion personalities, influencers, celebrities, and digital personas — can apply to list their AI likeness on the platform. All applicants complete KYC verification and sign the Personality Likeness Agreement before going live.
Consent is explicit, informed, and always in your control. You choose which use cases (fashion, ads, campaigns) your likeness can be used for, and you can block any brand at any time. You can pause or fully revoke consent with one tap — no questions asked. Your training data is deleted within 72 hours of revocation.

The fashion industry runs on photoshoots that cost ₹50,000–₹5,00,000 and take weeks to produce. Small brands are priced out. Personalities get paid once, then their image is used indefinitely with no further compensation.

How It Works
For Personalities
Upload 10–20 training photos. Our system trains a personalised FLUX LoRA — a compact AI that captures your unique likeness. This LoRA is your digital twin. You control when it's active, what it can be used for, and can withdraw consent at any time.
For Brands
Upload a product photo, choose a personality, pose, and background. Our AI generates studio-quality images in under 60 seconds. You pay a per-image fee; the personality receives their royalty automatically.

Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older.
You must be a legal resident or citizen of India.
You must complete KYC verification (Aadhaar + PAN) before going live.
You must not be under an exclusivity contract that prohibits AI likeness licensing.

Minimum 10 photos, recommended 15–20, maximum 25.

High-resolution JPEG or PNG, minimum 1024×1024 px.
Sharp focus, well-lit (natural or studio light), plain background.
Pose Variety
Front-facing, 3/4 turn, slight side angle.
Neutral expression, slight smile, serious look.
Waist-up AND full-body shots.
Wear form-fitting clothing so the AI can learn your body shape accurately.
What to Avoid
Heavy filters or face-tune — the AI learns the edited version.
Sunglasses, hats, or accessories obscuring your face.
Group photos (solo only) or dark/busy backgrounds.

Permitted Usage
Brands may use your images for e-commerce listings, social media marketing, and digital advertising. Brands may not use images for adult content, political campaigns, or defamatory content.
Our safety checker blocks NSFW generation at the API level. All images are logged and auditable.

Consent Control
You own your likeness. You decide who uses it, when, and for what. Consent is the foundation of ATWIL.
🔐 The Consent Framework
Before your LoRA is used by any brand, you give explicit, informed consent by accepting our Personality Agreement, which specifies what your digital twin can be used for, how you are compensated, and how you can withdraw at any time.
No LoRA is activated without a signed digital Personality Agreement. Period.
🎛️ What You Control
Activation / Deactivation
Pause your AI personality at any time from Personality Studio. When paused, your LoRA will not appear in the marketplace and cannot be used for new generations (takes effect within 1 hour).
Your Rate
You set your per-image royalty rate. Brands see this before generating. Change it anytime — applies to new jobs only.
Usage Visibility
Your dashboard shows every job — brand category, images generated, date, and royalty earned. Full transparency.

1. Information We Collect
Account Information
Name, email, role (Brand/Personality). Personalities additionally provide KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN) for identity verification.
Training Data (Personalities Only)
Photographs uploaded for LoRA training are stored in secure cloud storage (Supabase + fal.ai) and deleted upon consent withdrawal request.
Usage & Payment Data
Generation logs are collected to calculate royalties and prevent abuse. Payments are processed via Razorpay — we store transaction IDs only, never card or bank credentials.
2. How We Use Your Data
To provide the platform and process image generation
To calculate and distribute personality royalties
To verify personality identity and prevent fraud
To send transactional emails only
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising profiling.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with: Supabase (database/auth, SOC 2), fal.ai (AI generation), and Razorpay (payments, RBI regulated). All bound by data processing agreements.

ATWIL is an AI-powered marketplace connecting personalities (who license their digital likeness) with brands (who generate product photography). We provide technology infrastructure; we are not a party to individual brand-personality relationships beyond payment processing.
2. Personality Terms
Must be 18+ and legally eligible to enter contracts.
You grant ATWIL a limited, revocable licence to host and deploy your LoRA for brand image generation.
You retain full ownership of your likeness and original photographs.
Royalties are calculated per completed generation and paid weekly (₹200 minimum threshold).
3. Brand Terms
Generated images may be used for commercial product photography and marketing.
Generated images may not be used for adult content, political campaigns, deception, or defamation.
Credits are non-refundable once used for generation.
ATWIL may revoke access for policy violations.
4. Prohibited Uses
Generating content of any person without their consent
Generating NSFW, explicit, or adult content
Circumventing safety systems or scraping platform data
Using generated images to deceive consumers about a product's appearance
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
ATWIL is provided "as is." Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid to ATWIL in the preceding 3 months. These Terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
