Terms of Service
By using ATWIL — the website, API, or any linked service — you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the platform. We kept it short on purpose; the parts that matter most to you are payments, IP, and liability.
Accounts
You must be 18+ to create an account. One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure — tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for anything illegal under Indian law
- Generate content that violates our Personality Guidelines
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to ATWIL
- Impersonate another person or create fake personality profiles
- Use generated outputs in a way that falsely implies personality endorsement
Payments & royalties
Brands pay per generation, in advance, via Razorpay. All prices are in INR and include GST where applicable. Personalities earn a royalty on every generation of their twin, paid monthly via bank transfer (minimum payout ₹500).
Refunds are at our discretion but we generally refund failed generations automatically and anything clearly defective within 7 days. We do not refund generations that meet spec but aren't to your taste.
Intellectual property
Brands get a commercial license to use generated images for the campaign they paid to create. No exclusivity. You can't resell the image as stock or sublicense it to a third party.
Personalities retain ownership of their likeness. ATWIL only has the license described in the .
ATWIL owns the platform — the code, the UI, the brand. Don't copy it.
Liability
ATWIL is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it up and generate correctly, but we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that a specific generation will match your vision. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid ATWIL during that period.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes get a 14-day notice via email. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
