Personality Guidelines
These are the ground rules for listing your likeness on ATWIL. They exist to protect you, the brands who license your twin, and the platform. Read them before you go live.
Who can list
You must be 18 or older, legally resident in India, and able to provide a government-issued photo ID during verification. We only onboard real people — no stage personas, no shared accounts, no minors under any circumstance.
One person, one profile. If you want to list under a different creator identity (a second brand, a stage name), you need to apply separately and pass verification for each.
What you're licensing
When you go live, you're granting ATWIL a limited, revocable license to train a model (a "twin") on your likeness — face, body proportions, and optionally voice — and to make that twin available for brands to license on a per-generation basis.
You keep ownership of your likeness. ATWIL never sells your twin outright, never sub-licenses it to other AI platforms, and never uses it to generate content you haven't consented to (see the Consent Controls).
Content standards
Your twin will not be used to generate:
- Sexually explicit or nude content
- Political endorsements, election content, or religious promotion
- Content that falsely implies you endorsed a product, person, or belief
- Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory imagery
- Content involving weapons, drugs, or other restricted categories under Indian law
Brands agree to these same standards at checkout. Violations are caught by our moderation pipeline and by you — you can flag any generation of your twin at any time.
Respect & conduct
Treat brands as partners. Reply to collaboration requests within 48 hours. Don't accept brand deals off-platform that duplicate your ATWIL listing — that's a conflict of interest and grounds for delisting.
Breach & enforcement
We operate a three-strike system. The first violation gets a warning and a 48-hour pause on new generations. The second triggers a 14-day suspension and a review of pending royalties. The third results in permanent delisting and forfeiture of any royalty balance under ₹500 (above ₹500 is paid out in full).
Serious violations — fraud, identity fakery, off-platform resale of your twin — skip the warnings and go straight to delisting.
