Brand Guidelines
These are the rules for fashion and ecommerce sellers generating images with an AI model. They exist to protect the sellers who build on the platform, the integrity of the imagery, and the trust that makes ATWIL possible. You agree to these every time you generate.
What you can generate
You can use an AI model for commercial fashion, beauty, and lifestyle imagery, product shoots, campaigns, e-commerce photography, social posts, and advertising across paid and organic channels. The license is per-image; each generation gives you rights to use that specific output in your own brand channels indefinitely.
AI models come in a range of looks and styles suited to different categories (editorial, fitness, travel, etc.). Pick the model that fits your campaign and product.
What you cannot generate
Under no circumstances may you use an ATWIL model for:
- Nudity, sexually suggestive, or adult content
- Political campaigns, election material, or religious promotion
- Content that falsely implies a real person endorses a product, person, or view
- Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory imagery, including content that targets caste, religion, gender, or sexuality
- Weapons, tobacco, alcohol (beyond lifestyle context), gambling, or any category restricted under Indian law
- Content built to impersonate a real, identifiable person or otherwise mislead viewers
- Content intended to defame, harass, or damage any third party
Usage rights
Each generated image comes with a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use that specific image in your brand's commercial materials. You can edit, retouch, and composite it into your campaigns. You may not resell the raw image, claim it as stock, or upload it to any AI training dataset.
A model may be retired from the platform at any time. Images you have already generated remain licensed to you, but you will not be able to generate new ones with that model after it is retired.
Respect & conduct
Use the AI models responsibly and keep your imagery honest about what it shows. If you want a custom model, a look outside the standard library, or exclusive usage, reach out through the platform.
Labelling AI-generated imagery as such is appreciated and, in some markets, required. A simple "AI-generated with ATWIL" note keeps your audience informed.
Breach & enforcement
Every generation is logged and subject to review by our moderation pipeline. Flags trigger a manual review within 24 hours.
First violation: warning and a 48-hour freeze on the brand account. Second: 14-day suspension and a review of all recent generations. Third or serious violations (defamation, off-license use, redistribution) result in permanent account termination and, where applicable, legal action.
Takedowns: if you receive a takedown request for a specific image, you have 7 days to remove it from your channels.
