Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data ATWIL collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have as a user. We wrote it in plain English first, and the legal team will ruin it later.
What we collect
Account data: your name, email, and phone number when you sign up. For personalities, also a government ID (used only for verification and deleted within 30 days of approval).
Likeness data: reference photos, body measurements, and voice samples you upload during onboarding, plus the LoRA weights trained from them.
Usage data: which pages you visit, which personalities you view, which generations you create. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps).
Payment data: handled by Razorpay — we never see your card number. We store only the Razorpay transaction ID, amount, and status.
How we use it
- To operate the platform — match brands with personalities, run AI generations, pay royalties
- To verify identity and prevent fraud
- To communicate with you about your account, payments, and service updates
- To improve the product (aggregated, anonymized analytics only)
We do not use your likeness data, uploaded garments, or generated outputs to train foundation models. Every LoRA is scoped to one personality and never mixed.
Who we share with
Only these third parties, only for these reasons:
- Supabase — database and auth
- Railway — application hosting
- Razorpay — payment processing
- fal.ai / Replicate — AI model training and inference
- Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics (opt-out via browser DNT)
We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party AI platforms.
Your rights
- Access: request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Correction: fix anything that's wrong
- Deletion: erase your account and all associated data (subject to legal retention)
- Portability: export your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent: for personalities, revoke your likeness license any time (see Consent Controls)

How long we keep data
Account data: while your account is active, plus 18 months after closure (for tax and dispute resolution). Government IDs: deleted within 30 days of verification. LoRA weights: deleted within 7 days of you revoking consent. Generated images: retained for the life of the brand's campaign license.
