Consent Controls
Consent is the reason ATWIL exists. This page lays out, in plain language, exactly what you authorize when you list your likeness, what you can restrict, and how to revoke the license whenever you want — no emails, no legal letters, one click.
The license you grant
When you sign the , you authorize ATWIL to:
- Train an AI twin on the reference photos and measurements you provide
- Make that twin available to verified brands on a per-generation, royalty-bearing basis
- Store the model weights and generated outputs long enough to pay you royalties and respond to disputes
You do not authorize us to sell, sub-license, or give your twin to any third-party AI platform. Ever.
Categories you opt into
During onboarding you pick which content categories your twin is available for — apparel, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle, travel, food, etc. Brands can only generate in categories you've explicitly opted into.
You can add or remove categories any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect within 15 minutes.
Pausing generations
Going on a break? Pause your twin from the dashboard. Brands won't be able to start new generations until you resume, though in-progress generations will finish.
Revoking consent
You can revoke the license at any time, for any reason. When you do:
- Your twin is removed from the browse page immediately
- All model weights are deleted from our training infrastructure within 7 days
- Any royalty balance is paid out within 30 days
- Brands who previously generated images retain a limited license to use those specific images for the campaigns they were generated for (see the for exact terms)
What we store
Reference photos, measurements, and the trained LoRA weights live in encrypted storage. We never use them outside the generation pipeline, and we never share them with any third party except as required by Indian law. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
