Personality Agreement
This is the contract between you (the personality) and ATWIL AI when you list your likeness on the platform. It runs alongside our Terms of Service and Consent Controls. In case of conflict, this agreement governs for personality-related clauses.
1. The license you grant
You grant ATWIL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-bearing, revocable license to train an AI twin on your likeness (face, body, optionally voice) and to make that twin available to verified brands for generating images and short videos within the categories you've opted into.
This license is non-transferable. ATWIL may not sell, sublicense, or share your twin with any third-party AI platform.
2. Royalties
You earn a royalty on every paid generation of your twin. The default royalty share is 60% of the net generation fee (after GST and payment processor fees). ATWIL's share is 40%, which covers infrastructure, compliance, and platform operations.
Royalties are tallied monthly and paid by the 10th of the following month via bank transfer, subject to a ₹500 minimum payout. Balances below the minimum roll over.
3. Term & termination
This agreement starts when you verify your profile and go live. It continues indefinitely until either party terminates.
You can terminate any time, for any reason, from your dashboard. See the Consent Controls for exactly what happens when you do.
ATWIL can terminate for cause (violation of these terms or the Personality Guidelines) with written notice. We will always pay out any earned royalties above ₹500 even on termination.
4. Representations
You confirm that:
- You are 18 or older
- The identity documents you provided are authentic and yours
- You are the sole owner of the rights in your likeness and no third party (agency, manager, studio) has an exclusive claim on them
- You are not currently under a conflicting exclusive endorsement deal
5. Removal & take-down rights
You can request immediate removal of any specific generation of your twin — for any reason, with or without cause. We process takedowns within 24 hours. The brand's campaign license for that image ends at the moment of takedown, and they are required to stop using it going forward.
For broader concerns (a category you now object to, a brand you don't want using your twin), use the "restrict" settings in your dashboard.
6. Disputes
We try to resolve everything over email first. If that fails, disputes are settled by arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Governing law is India.
